Missed Sessions & Rescheduling
Vocaski offers up to 2 makeup sessions per program if your child is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
Makeup Class Policy
-
Eligibility for Makeup Classes:
-
Students are eligible for up to two makeup classes per program if they miss a session due to unforeseen circumstances.
-
-
Notice Requirement:
-
24-Hour Notice: To qualify for a makeup class, parents must notify Vocaski at least 24 hours in advance if their child is unable to attend a scheduled session. Failure to provide this notice will result in the session being counted as attended, and no makeup class will be provided.
-
-
Unforeseen Emergencies:
-
In the case of sudden illness or emergency where 24-hour notice is not possible, Vocaski may, at its discretion, still provide a makeup session based on the circumstances.
-
-
Scheduling Makeup Sessions:
-
Makeup sessions should be scheduled within a reasonable time frame based on both the tutor’s and student’s availability.
-
-
Additional Makeup Sessions:
-
Beyond the two provided makeup sessions, any further rescheduled sessions will incur an additional fee and are subject to tutor availability.
-

Tutor Availability
-
In the event that a tutor is unavailable due to illness or other emergencies, Vocaski will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session at a convenient time.
-
If rescheduling is not possible, a makeup session will be offered.

Cancellations and Refunds
-
Tutor Unavailability: In the event that a tutor becomes unavailable during the program, we will offer an alternate tutor. A demo session will be provided with the alternate tutor. If the alternate tutor is not satisfactory, a full refund for the remaining sessions will be issued.
-
Make-Up Classes: Students are eligible for up to two make-up classes per program if they miss a session due to unforeseen circumstances. Make-up classes will be offered only if the parent notifies us at least 24 hours in advance. Additional missed classes will not be eligible for make-up unless paid for separately.
-
Session Rescheduling: Sessions cannot be rescheduled by parents once they have been confirmed, except under the make-up class policy.
